Podcast Clipping Service: Daily Clips for X, Instagram, TikTok, and Shorts
A podcast clipping service that turns every episode into fifty to a hundred captioned, platform-native clips, posted daily across your accounts, with a weekly read of what worked. Run by Winning Clips for shows in the United States, Europe, and India.
- Every episode becomes fifty to a hundred clips: logged by agents, chosen and cut by editors, captioned and framed per platform.
- Posted daily across your accounts on a cadence planned around your release schedule, with replies handled.
- A weekly read of which moments, hooks, and cuts pulled, feeding the next episode.
- Monthly packages scoped by clip volume, priced in full, scaling from one show to a full clipping operation.
Our podcast clipping service turns every episode you release into fifty to a hundred short-form clips, captioned and formatted natively for X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, and posts them daily across your accounts on a cadence planned around your release schedule. Each week you get a read of which moments, hooks, and cuts pulled, and the next episode's clips are better for it. It is the engine inside every show that seems to be everywhere, and it runs as a monthly package.
Who it is for
Podcasts and interview shows of any size that release regularly and want their episodes discovered in the feeds rather than waiting to be found in a podcast app. Video-first shows get the most from it; audio-only shows work well with a static or waveform frame and strong captions. Creators and brands with a show-shaped stream of long-form content are the same fit.
If you release at least one episode a week and are posting fewer than ten clips a day across your accounts, this service is the gap.
What is included
Logging. Every episode is transcribed and swept by our agents for candidate moments: claims, stories, numbers, disagreements, advice, questions, reactions. An editor confirms, rejects, adds, and marks where each hook is.
Cutting. Every confirmed moment is cut in a single pass, which is bulk clipping. The clip opens on the hook. The length is the length of the thought. The strongest moments get two or three cuts.
Captions and framing. Captions are generated, corrected by hand for names, numbers, and terms, and timed to speech. Framing is vertical and face-forward for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts, with alternatives for X. Audio is levelled. No effects unless a clip calls for them.
Quality floor. Hook in the first second, complete thought, accurate captions, clean audio, safe framing. Nothing below the floor ships. Nothing above it gets over-polished. The standard is the anatomy of a clip that gets watched.
Copy and scheduling. A line of post copy per clip and per platform. The week's schedule is built across your accounts after each episode's pass, weighted toward the new episode on release and filled from the back catalogue for the rest of the week.
Posting and replies. Clips post daily. Comments and replies are handled the same day. Anything sensitive is flagged to you before it goes out.
The weekly read. Which moments, hooks, cuts, and accounts pulled, what changes next week, and what it means for the next recording. Tracking agents compile continuously; a person writes the read.
Covers and thumbnails. Cover frames for each clip in your style, and episode thumbnails designed around the strongest moment, if you include our thumbnail design.
How it works
- Scope. A conversation about the show and the audience, then a written proposal with clips per month, platforms, deliverables, and the price in full.
- Setup. Content access, a brand note, an audit of your accounts, and a first batch of clips for your approval.
- The weekly loop. Episode in, moment log, cut, schedule, post daily, Friday read. The day-by-day is in how we turn one episode into a week of content.
What one episode produces
| Output | Typical count |
|---|---|
| Moments logged | 60 to 120 |
| Clips shipped | 50 to 100 |
| Moments cut more than one way | 10 to 15 |
| Days of posting covered on a small network | 7 |
Why Winning Clips
- Judgement, not just editing. Agents surface candidates at speed; editors who know which moment carries a post make the choices. That judgement is what you are paying for.
- Overnight turnaround. We are in Gurugram, India, roughly half a day ahead of the United States, where most of our clients are. An episode delivered at the end of the US day is clipped by the US morning.
- A track record. Over a billion views and reach achieved, more than twenty thousand pieces of content distributed, more than five years in business.
- One accountable team. Clipping, distribution, thumbnails, and management under one roof, run on the AI agent infrastructure of our parent company, HorizonRift.
- Standards you can check. Scope and price stated in full. Documented reporting. Your data confidential and never used across clients. Your accounts and files, always.
From clipping to distribution
Clipping feeds the accounts you have. When you want reach beyond them, the same clip engine feeds a network of accounts that we set up and run for you, with different cuts routed to each. That is our mass distribution package, and it is where most shows go once the weekly read shows the clips are working.
Pricing and how to start
Monthly packages scoped by clips per month, with posting and reporting included and the price stated in full in the proposal. The package renews monthly and can move up or down at month end. Payment by PayPal, Wise, or Stripe. No free trials; the first month is scoped and priced like any other and is the shortest period that produces a real read.
Send your show links and a line about what you want to move through the contact form, or write to info@winningclips.com. We reply with questions and usually a first read on your channels.
Frequently asked questions
Fifty to a hundred from an hour-long episode, with the ten to fifteen strongest moments cut two or three ways. Solo monologues sit at the lower end, guest-led interview shows at the higher end.
The episode, raw or published, in a shared folder on release or a day before. A short note on tone and anything off limits. After the first batch, which you approve so we learn your voice, clips ship on our quality floor without per-clip approval.
X and Instagram first for most shows, with TikTok and YouTube Shorts added when your audience is there. Each clip is formatted natively: vertical with captions for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts, tighter cuts for X.
Yes. Old episodes are logged and cut on the same pass, and their clips fill the schedule between releases. For most established shows, the catalogue is the largest source of clips they have.
That is the usual path. Clipping feeds your own accounts. When you want reach beyond them, we add a network of accounts and route different cuts to each, which is our mass distribution package.
As a monthly package scoped by clips per month, with posting and reporting included, and the price stated in full in the proposal. No per-clip surprises, no vague retainers, and you can change scope at month end.
